They say all good things must come to an end, but I've NEVER been a believer in that nonsense.  But when Oprah said that she was leaving I almost fainted.  How will the world ever get along.  I guess she'll just have to go on to her next great adventure like becoming Queen of the World!!!

October 17 - 1st Hot Oil Treatment

I did my first hot oil treatment today with the Carol's Daughter Hair Elixer.  I'm hoping that if I do this twice a week it will add major moisture to my hair.  I think I'm going to Walmart to get one of those soft bonnet dryers to help keep the heat in durng the hot oil treatments.

First Day of the Wii Biggest Loser

Okay, so today was my first workout with the Biggest Loser program for the Wii.  I'm starting on the intermediate setting and Andrea is the player I'm using.  I chose Bob as my trainer because I just feel like Jillian is a bit much for me.

I'm on the four week program which has me scheduled to loose 12lbs.  Well see...

Wii Fit Plus

I just received my Wii Fit Plus yesterday in the mail.  Let's see how long it takes me to use it.

October 2 - Day 1 of the Natural Journey

Soooo I did the big chop today all by myself!  I would have never done it if I had to go to a salon.  I used Carol's Daughters products.  After my wash and condition, my hair is very, very dry!  I'm going to have to do some more surfing to see if anyone out their has a solution.
